New hope for a new year ( Maternity Photographer Thatcher, AZ)

What a great way to start the new year! I love to meet new people and photograph such special times in their lives.  And, of coarse, I can't wait to meet the baby!!

Globe Portrait Sessions

I only filled about half of the spots in my Holiday Sessions in Globe.  It worked out great though.  We ended up adding shots to their sessions.  Two a the families added quite a bit more! (not all photos shown)

I was worried about the weather all day and long... and then the sun came out and it was beautiful.  Love the fall colors in Globe!

I love how many old friends I get to see and take photos of!!  I went down to Globe to photograph this super fun family.  Their expecting a new little ones in a few more months so they decided to get a few "before" pictures along with a couple of maternity shots.  The Pinal Mountains had been burning so it got darker a lot quicker then we expected.  I have to admit that I love the warm evening look that the smoke filled sky gave us.  Loved this session and this family!!

So this post was actually meant for yesterday and yesterdays was meant for Saturday... but a way to busy life got in the way! :)

My sister in law is having her third baby.  We snuck out one afternoon to take a few maternity shots.

There really is nothing like being a mother!!

Families Stick Together

I love this family.  I have known these girls forever... and then the oldest married my cousin!  So now they are family.  We took a whole bunch of photos the other day.  Some senior shots of my cousin, some family shots, individual shots and group shots with grandma and grandpa.  I had so much fun.

(on a side note... I want to say that the colors on my photo are off right now... just on the Internet.  I've always opted to use Picasa to upload pictures instead of importing them from another source like photobucket.  About a year back it was taking some of the yellow out of my pictures and then one day it stopped. From my last few posts I have noticed the color loss again :(  I think I may have to swap to an alternate host for my photos.  Messing with a girls colors is not a joke!  Ahh.)

One Hot Soon-To-Be Momma!

This is my good friend. I'm super jealous of her crazy prego good looks. We had so much fun on this shoot. She's my little model. Most of the time she poses just perfect on her own, but when needed I can have her tilt here... tilt there, turn this way, turn that and she will do it perfect the first time. Love it! These are just some of the fantastic pictures. I can't wait for the baby to come.

Soon they will be 4!

This is a sweet friend of mine from high school. I'm so excited for their new little addition! Hopefully I will have pictures of their new little bundle too ;) I think the pictures turned out great!

There are random crops of corn at almost every corner were they live. We just couldn't resist getting a shot in the corn :P
